Wild Alaskan Salmon & Apple Crumble

Quarantine supper tonite... live from NYC...
Was able to score some wild Alaskan Salmon during the last food shopping foray...  served it tonite with last years lemon thyme (my mom's day gift from my son Mark... thank you so much❤️)  roasted asparagus with Parmesan and a sweet potato...
We had a few apples that were getting soft and so two became a crumble for dessert... the photo makes my small 3"X5" pan look a whole lot bigger than it is... served alongside a full bodied Cabernet (Josh - one of our favorites)
