Turkey Meatballs & Orecchiette with Brussels Sprouts

Quarantine supper tonite... Live from NYC...
And so we have finished our Bombay & tonic, our chat with Grandma 👵 and dinner is now ready...  oricchietti with roasted Brussels sprouts, black pepper, olive oil and Parmesan... topped with turkey meatballs and more Parmesan (is there such a thing as too much Parmesan?  I think not...) served alongside a crisp salad and a dessert made from leftover desserts (is that a thing?  Leftover dessert?) ...earlier in the week we enjoyed an apple cranberry crumble made from a couple of wrinkly apples that were too soft to enjoy raw... and ice cream made from the extra bottle of Coquito made during this past Christmas... so tonite the apples/cranberries got warmed in the microwave, the crumble got toasted in the toaster and it made a lovely leftover dessert...

Today I sneezed more times than I liked soooo... the first floor got dusted... it was way past time for that to happen, especially since I vacuumed three days ago.  It's amazing how much dust can accumulate in a house where no one goes in our out very often and the windows are all closed... and since I had some extra time (hahahaha... extra time... during a quarantine... now THAT'S funny) I took apart the whole first floor and found dust from 1995 in places I didn't even know existed.  No more random sneezing here...

The hubs is immersed (pun intended) in his hydroponic garden and was thrilled to announce he has two tomatoes growing 🍅... right now they are the size of peas... but we might just get to eat them in a few weeks... that would be very cool.
What are you doing to pass the time?  And what's on your plate ?  (Photos welcomed and appreciated)
