Pork Chops with Zatar & Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli & Brussels Sprouts

Quarantine supper tonite...
I want to begin this post by saying how proud I am of Andrea (& Mark) for the fabulous meals they have made during this quarantine... Their supper tonite (the photo on the right) beautifully plated is a restaurant quality meal to behold!!
Our fare (plate on the left) consisted of oven roasted red potatoes 🥔 roasted Brussels sprouts and broccoli florets alongside a zatar marinated pork chop cooked in the cast iron skillet (which I am so happy I bought a few months back)... served with a bright Line 39 Sauvignon Blanc and a couple of those yummy Easter cookies I baked on Sunday...
Definitely a hit all around...  what are you drinking tonite?
