Quarantine supper tonite...
Today was the food shopping ordeal... luckily we can afford to buy what we need in this time of high unemployment... we are very grateful for our ability to weather this storm. After the trip out... waiting in line to shop... disinfecting myself and the kitchen following the unpacking ritual... it was time for a Bombay Sapphire & tonic with lime with the hubs followed by a quick supper of leftover chicken, salad and a side of chickpeas... whew... glad to be post shopping today!!
