Chicken thighs and broccoli florets in a white wine lemon caper sauce served over brown rice... 🍗
It was juicy, with a salty bite from the capers and the acid of lemon and white wine. The rice was a perfect accompaniment to soak up the sauce as its nuttiness added to the flavors. Along with the red wine the hubs enjoyed and the white I selected the matzo ball soup rounded out our dinner. What's on your plate tonite?
