It's Friday night here in the Big Apple 🍎 and that means it's time for dinner and a movie...
We begin our evening with a Bombay Sapphire, lime and tonic while we wait for supper to cook... at 7:30pm sharp the alarm rings letting us know it time for our daily chat with Grandma 👵. She only lives 10 minutes away, but we can't risk her health with a visit in person so we call each night for a quick check in and some daily news... she is healthy and informs us that she is enjoying her latest book (immersed in another Dan Brown novel) and spoke with a couple of friends via phone earlier...
We aren't sure yet but think our cat, Mr Sam, is tired of seeing us all the time. This is him at the back door during the rain storm while we sit with him in the kitchen having our drink... he looks annoyed... opinions anyone???
