Mediterranean Keto - Day 6

 Mediterranean Keto - Day 6 


Breakfast… 2 shots espresso, 8 oz whole milk over ice (gotta have that go power!) lots of water as well 💦 


Afternoon cocktails…  Gatao Vinho Verde, 5 almonds, 3 ounces Provalone cubes, 1/8 c raspberries


Supper…  befteki (6 oz 85/15 grass fed ground beef, garlic flake, onion flake, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 egg, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh mint, sautéed in cast iron) with maroulosalata (romaine, dill, scallions, mint, parsley, oregano and feta in red wine vinegar and olive oil) three slices of uncured bacon and yogurt with garlic and dill and water 💦  (additions for the hubs: roasted zucchini, avocado and lemon) 😋


Late night snack… 2 mozzarella sticks and water 💦 


Feeling energetic… elevated mood… less achy… satiated☺️
