Mediterranean Keto - Day 23 Chicken, Asparagus, Caprese Salad and Caesar Salad

 Mediterranean keto - day 23


Breakfast… 2 shots espresso, 4 tbsp half & half over ice 🧊 


Lunch…  one ounce each…extra sharp cheddar, havarti, and 2 mozzarella string cheese with 16 oz water 💦 


Supper…  grilled chicken thighs skin on with roasted asparagus in olive oil with salt and pepper, caesar salad and caprese salad (tomato and basil leaves from the greenhouse) with 16 oz water 💦 


Pre supper appetizer… piece of brie, three slices of Genoa salami and a glass of Gatao Vinho Verde 🥂


Late night snack… whipped heavy cream with vanilla extract and stevia leaf… and sliced strawberries 🍓 


Feeling very comfortable in my skin… pain substantially lessened… energy high… concentration improved… sleeping better… down almost 7 lbs… waiting for the fall to see the drop in cholesterol levels 🤞
