Mediterranean keto - Day 13
Breakfast… of course… 2 shots espresso, 8 oz whole milk over ice… I think I might not function at all without coffee 🧋
Lunch… lots of water 💦 little appetite… busy all day 🤷🏼♀️
Made a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat round for the hubs 🥜
Supper… crispy skin striped bass (caught by our son Mark) in a lemon butter sauce with roasted cauliflower and zucchini… guacamole on the side… maroulosalata with delicious feta from our friend Mariya… alongside a lovely glass of Gatao Vinho Verde 🥂
Add ins for the hubs… roasted carrots… sliced cucumber…and a lovely glass of Apothic Red 🍷
Late night snack… vanilla whipped cream 🍦(no cone)
