Mediterranean keto - Day 18
Breakfast… 2 shots of espresso with 1/4 c half and half over ice… so refreshing in this broiling heat 🧋
Hubs enjoyed a vegetable omelette with his hot java ☕️ (he says it cools him off???)
Lunch… a mozzarella stick and 12 almonds… not really hungry in the heat… and LOTS of water 💦
Hubs scoffed a crunchy peanut butter sandwich on ciabatta… an apple and two 24 oz bottles of water 💦
Supper… Shrimp salad board… with eggs… olives… fresh mozzarella… Brie… romaine leaves, creamy caesar dressing, strawberries and treats from the greenhouse… tomatoes, nasturtiums leaves, beet leaves, basil leaves, radish leaves & cucumbers… and a glass of Gatao Vinho Verde 🥂 so fresh and delicious on this HOT summer night 😋
