Keto - Day 8 Lamb Burgers, Broccoli, Asparagus & Feta

 Mediterranean Keto - Day 8


Breakfast - 8 ounces whole milk, 2 shots espresso over ice ( it’s getting dull and repetitive, right? Gotta have my morning Joe 🧋)


Lunch - hard boiled egg and LOTS of water 💦 (92°F and humid 😩)


Supper - 85/15 ground lamb burgers with olive oil, egg, fresh mint, fresh parsley (both from the greenhouse) garlic, onion, oregano, salt and pepper sautéed in cast iron…  broccoli and asparagus roasted with olive oil salt and pepper, feta cheese with olive oil and oregano, and yogurt with mint and dill, alongside a glass of Gatao Vinho Verde 🥂

For the hubs added in one baked red potato with yogurt, roasted carrots, roasted zucchini and roasted asparagus coins with Cabernet 🍷

Lots of water as well 💦 


Late night snack - 4 slices of munster cheese 🧀 


Feeling well… energy high… tummy a-ok… aches and pains lessening… satiated… quite pleased 😀
