Mediterranean Keto - Day 5

 Mediterranean Keto - Day 5


Breakfast…  2 espresso shots, 8 ounces whole milk over ice 🧋(gotta have that shot of Joe)


Lunch… 2 mozzarella sticks and LOTS of water 💦 (worked in the greenhouse all day… wonderful)


Supper… 8 oz grilled uncured kielbasa (no sugar added) with French green beans, snow pea pods, carrot chips (for the hubs) with melted shredded cheddar… appetizer… few cubes of provalone cheese and five snap peas in their pods (raw) along with a glass of Gatao Vinho Verde (a baked potato with sour cream and skewered grilled zucchini…add ons to dinner for the hubs)


Late night snack… 2 mozzarella sticks and one hard boiled egg with 1 Tbsp Mayonaise 🥚  and LOTS of water 💦

Feeling more energetic… less tired… less achy… satiated… happy eating folks 😷💕
