Mediterranean Keto - Day 12
Breakfast… (sigh… I am a gal of consistency) 2 shots espresso, 8 oz whole milk over ice 🧋
Lunch… 3 oz provalone , 2 ounces munster… 12 almonds… LOTS of water 💦
Supper… homemade cauliflower pizza crust topped with shredded mozzarella, roasted peppers, roasted crimin mushrooms, a very few roasted grape tomato slices, and grilled leftover chicken (from last night)
Surprisingly delicious!! Who knew that cooked and squeezed cauliflower, egg, spices and shredded mozzarella and Parmesan made a dough!!
Mind blown!!
The hubs loved it too… although he also ate another chicken thigh and a plate full of curly fries 🤣
Alongside a half glass of Gatao Vinho Verde 🥂and a half glass of Apothic Red Blend 🍷
Late night snack… frozen whipped vanilla cream 😋
Ah yes… is the eating plan working? A resounding YES!
Down 3 1/2 lbs in the first week… feeling satiated… pain reduction substantial… inflammation much lowered… heat tolerance increased… energy levels increased 🙃
