Mediterranean Keto - Day 24
Breakfast - 2 shots espresso, 4 tbsp half & half over ice (a girls gotta have her go power) 🧋
Lunch - lots of water… it was huuumid… 3 ounces swiss cheese
Supper - boneless pork chop sautéed in olive oil with salt, pepper & Penzy’s Fox Point seasoning, broccoli, brussel sprouts, haricots vert & carrot chips roasted in olive oil, salt and pepper 🥦
Appetizer before supper - queso fresco (1 oz wedge), 2 cherry tomatoes (from the greenhouse quartered) extra sharp 12 month aged cheddar (sliced 3 oz) 5 green olives stuffed with anchovy paste 😋
Late night snack - whipped cream sweetened with vanilla extract and stevia with 5 sliced strawberries 🍓
So pleased with the eating plan… feeling in control of both appetite and food choices ❤️
