Keto -Days 10 & 11 Chicken Thighs, Guacamole, Snow Peas and Mushrooms - Sausage, Peppers, Zucchini

 Mediterranean Keto - Days 10 & 11


Well folks… we ate supper outside the last two nights and it was too dark for photos…  we enjoyed sitting out under the stars ✨ sipping our wine and savoring our meal 🥘 


Day 10


Breakfast… 2 shots espresso, 8 ox whole milk over ice 🧋(go power)


Lunch…  3 oz swiss cheese, 1 hard boiled egg and lots of water 💦 


Grilled crispy skin chicken thighs, homemade guacamole 🥑 roasted snow peas and mushrooms mostly for the hubs… Gatao Vinho Verde alongside 🥂and lots of water 💦 


Late night snack… heavy whipping cream with stevia and vanilla previously whipped and frozen in portions… delicious and zero carbs 🍦(no cone)


Day 11


Breakfast… 2 shots espresso, 8 oz whole milk over ice 🧋(a girl and her java)


Lunch…  2 ounces swiss cheese, 10 roasted almonds, ice tea with stevia and lemon and lots of water 💦 


Italian cheese and parsley sausage ring, grilled zucchini, grilled mini sweet peppers, grilled cauliflower, alongside a glass of Gatao Vinho Verde 🥂 and lots of water 💦 


Late night snack… frozen whipped cream portion and swiss cheese cubes
