Resurgence supper tonite…. live from NYC…
Fall has finally landed… temps in the mid to high 50’s daytime… dipping into the 40’s at night… almost time to bring in the lemon tree… growing taller and wider his year… the gardenia… bushier and taller than before… making space in the front foyer… a challenge for Tuesday before temps drop into the 30’s in the coming days 🍁 🍂
Breakfast indoors… iced coffee🧋… hubs… hot java ☕️ mini turkey wraps for two please… Mr Sam outside on the deck… snuggled into his favorite box 📦 paws over his nose to keep the chill at bay… crunching over fallen leaves… walking over to pet his head… making sure he isn’t too chilly… he certainly prefers the outdoors
Laundry day… so exciting ~not~ interspersed with calls 📞 bill paying 😩 making the best of a day of chores… hubs in his workshop designing some new creation 🤷🏼♀️ glad he is enjoying the process
Supper tonite… stuffed baby artichokes… kielbasa… roasted pepper 🫑 last from the greenhouse… leftover london broil… accompanied by Casual Garcia Vinho Verde… crisp… a teeny bit bubbly… dessert… decaf and a Reese’s for the hubs… fun size Milky Way for yours truly 🍫
A sad milestone today… 5 million souls lost worldwide to covid… if you haven’t yet… please #GetYourJabOn taking this disease 🦠 from devastating to mild makes all the difference… mask up… limit interactions… buzz through the market and wash those germy hands 😷💕
