Striped Bass… Tater Tots… Tomato Olive Basil Sauté

 Resurgence supper tonite… Live from NYC…

Enjoying stunning fall weather… temps about 75°F… crisp cool breeze… bright sunshine…  perfect for gardening… fall clean up… weeding… trimming… feeding bushes… prepping for winter 🥶 ❄️ 


Breakfast out on the deck… iced coffee🧋& toast with homemade marmalade… hubs enjoying cottage cheese and green tea 🍵 two hours later… mini turkey wrap with his hot java ☕️ couple hours pass… apple 🍏

and cheese stick…  grazing through the day 


Mr Sam stretched out on the warm boards… lounging in the sun for a bit… then snugged under a chair in a cardboard box snoozing 💤 while we weed… the hubs creating a beautiful walkway in the herb garden 🪴 


Supper tonite… beef stew 2.0 🥘 adding in another pound of sautéed shrooms… a bit more veggie stock… rubbed thyme… lemon juice for additional acid… and arugula… delicious 😋 ice cream for dessert 🍨 


Thursday night Mark, our son, went fishing with clients… caught bluefish and striped bass… super fresh… striped bass for supper on Friday with marjoram and lemon… tater tots (fish ‘n chips?) fish was moist… scrumptious… made tomatoes with olives and basil alongside 😋


Covid has taken 700,000 souls from America thus far… time for that booster shot… Pfizer ready to go… Moderna right behind… kids vaccines coming by end of October #GetYourJabOn  mask up… limit interactions… salí through the market and wash those germy hands 💕😷
