Breaks of sun amidst the high clouds… stiff wind… humidity ever present… dry enough for Mr Sam to venture out on the deck… snuggled in his box… sheltered from most wind… his eyes darting to and fro hearing the cacaophy of bird song in the trees 🌳
Breakfast indoors… too chilly… iced coffee🧋and a banana… the hubs back to his cottage cheese and hot java ☕️ Discussing the list for the market… dinner plans… activities of the day 🛒
Off to the market… fridge looking sad and empty… scooping a $10 coupon from the online circular… valid till Thursday at Food Emporium… taking a screen grab… picked up a $2 bag… 3 heads of romaine and a cauliflower… love those bargains… sausage ring on sale… stopping at the wine store… Sauvignon Blanc and Vinho Verde 🥂
While at the market… hubs cleaned the upstairs bathroom… vacuumed the whole house… washed the kitchen floor… did a wash 🧺 Such a noble guy 👨🏻🔧🥰
Supper tonite… roasted cauliflower… parsley and cheese sausage ring… roasted diced new potatoes… crisp green salad with homemade caesar dressing… dessert… espresso chip ice cream 🍨
