Burger 🍔 Night with Greek Salad... Rosemary Focaccia & Fruit Salad

Restoration supper tonite...  Live from NYC...

Dreary...   scattered showers early...  thunderstorms with the evening meal...  too wet and damp for outdoor activities...  a few stragglers walking pups...  umbrellas ☔️ required...  no activity from the nest as of yet...  waiting patiently for a beak to pop up 🐦

Iced coffee and a mini wrap...  the hubs enjoying his hot cup with oatmeal and a banana...  dinner discussions...  it’s burger night 🍔

Snuck a quick peek into the greenhouse between raindrops...  tomato 🍅 plants approaching the celling...  lots of growth...  peppers 🫑 getting taller...  lettuces 🥬 thickening...  cucumbers 🥒 climbing on their trellis...  basil 🪴getting taller...  outside on the deck...  garlic 🧄 cloves all sprouted...  almost 10” high thus far...  planted a few yam 🍠 eyes today...  chili pepper seeds not visible yet...  lemon tree getting bushier...  dill growing taller...  thyme and rosemary full and bushy 🌿 We humans may not love the weather...  but the plants sure do!

Did some major decluttering over the past week...   today was give aways...  posted goodies on our local buy nothing group and managed to give away every bit over the course of the day...  so very pleased...  love seeing items rehomed to folks who can use them ☺️

Supper tonite...  burgers 🍔 a fresh crisp Greek salad with Kalamata olives and feta...  remaining rosemary focaccia...  and a delicious honeydew 🍈 peach 🍑 kiwi 🥝 blueberry 🫐 raspberry fruit salad for dessert...   served alongside Josh Cabernet 🍷 Happy Friday folks 😋

Some troubling covid news...  young teens infections are rising along with hospitalizations and serious infections...  if you or your child isn’t vaxxed yet...  make that appointment and #GetYourJabOn   the virus is still seeking out hosts...  until then...  mask up...  limit interactions...  hop through the market and wash those germy hands 😄💕

How was your day?   What’s on your plate?   Thoughts?
